Foundation Day and Odisha Divas Celebrated

1st April is the day when Utkal Handicapped Welfare Organisation was established back in 1993 commemorating Utkal Diwas as it’s prime identity. The long journey of 32 years keeps alive the contribution of our Organisation through it’s relentless and dedicated efforts in disability rehabilitation and special education. This year, the members of Management,Committee, Staffs, Volunteers and Students celebrated this day and reiterated our commitment towards the purpose. In recalling the glory of of our great province Odisha, it energised all presents to keep marching ahead with a new spirit in continuation, and to uphold the sanctity in measurable terms in our own domain of serving the PwD (Dibyangjan) Class.
